A decision making poll in my function of governor of Jedinica Vrijstaat. Should we construct the Supercollidor in Concordia? Yes, no, write-in or abstain?

I'm voting yes, on the assumtion that we're making a SSC (super science city)

That's the plan. The only problem we have to make Concordia really super is an energy park. Unfortunately the most suitable empty areas in our close neighbourhood are occupied by other factions: the lowlands above Solaris, and the empty highlands on the Hive continent, east-southeast of The Hive.

Aha. I just opened the save and noticed that Morgan base has suddenly disappeared off the face of the planet. This opens new possibilities for the development of the Jedinican economy. It would be great if we could construct an energy park on the square (14.50)-(18.46)-(14.42)-(10.46). I would of course have to ask permission first to the Solarian governor ( ). It would also be handy to build a base "Fungal Lake City"? on the spot of the Morgan base ruins (16.42). That would enlarge our territory and make our echelon mirrors work better (they don't have effect outside territory). It would also drop the costs of raising terrain if we would ever do that.

I haven't looked, but sounds good to me.

Solaris has no governor, although I've been acting as its steward and order-maker for the past 3 turnchats. I'm sure Solaris wouldn't mind, however, as long as it got a cut of the formers

I agree that a northern outpost is quite prudent, considering the situation.
