Official: More boreholes for Centralis?

Should boreholes be built on any of the following squares in Centralis, in order to icnrease industrial and economic production?

all but pink (i'm planning a borehole for UNPD one tile SE! )

And on what other squares could the UNPD borehole be built? There are no other squares near TA that can build boreholes.
