Well, as you can see from that map, the Morganite CP is still plodding northwards; and we suspect that Morgan has been bugging our cabinet meetings, as shortly after we suggested privately that it might be a good idea for him to colonize the area around Mt. Planet rather than the ruins, a second CP in our teritory suddenly turned around and headed back towards the area we had suggested.Comment

The bug was found along with the operative responsible for planting it (he was trying to plant more). The operative was... dealt with... after the locations of any other bugs or probe team operatives were acquired. The operative was then turned over to Morganite custody, without memory of his mission or its outcome (or the past several months, for that matter).Comment

We were planning on that; sadly, sunspots have prevented us from carrying this out. It's pity we couldn't have got advance wranings of the sunspots; then we could have done an emergency transfer to him.
Or perhaps we could have simply forseen that this might happen, and chosen not to take any chances
EDIT: All we can hope for is that we didn't enable 'Do or Die', and that Zakh can still escape in a colony pod when his last base falls.Comment

And I've checked the poll for the rules that were to be implemented, and it seems we didn't use Do or Die.
EDIT: The poll isn't entirely accurate, as DE voted for teh wrong choice, and I voted for 'Do or Die - Off' just so I could see what the results were.
The only question now is, can Zakh still restart at this point in the game?Comment
