Sea Region:


the sea bases near the hive will be governed by the new region until enough sea bases are completed to warrent the creation of the sea region.

in the meantime, all the regions except jedinica are as outlined in the image: metropolis and the more pork base will remain under jedinician control for the time being.

Unless the Hive interferes, one or two more bases should be built in the north after tomorrow. This means we'll already need a governor next week. Should there already be governor nominations then?
