  • Official: Twin Sea Terraforming Policy

The Twin Sea region administration has been dedicated to the preservation of the environment through our green terraforming policy. Numerous forests have been planted, and more are on the way; alongside the forests, the region now also contains an expanding intricate network of roadways. But now this policy has become a burned to the industrial growth of the region. Therefore the administration would like to ask the people to release them from the green terraforming commitment and allow us to construct a thermal borehole at (25, 99) northeast, east of the municipality of Mysidia.

We wish to quell any concerns that this will lead to the construction of further boreholes in the region; this is not the case. There is no plan to construct further boreholes in the near future. Though the administration will not rule out the possibility of another borehole in the undeveloped east portion of the Twin Sea region.

I noticed that the question was cut off in the post; just for clarification the poll question is “Should a borehole be constructed in (25, 99) in order to increase industrial production?”

Amazing, we agree for once. Well, on the building this borehole bit anyway. Your stance on not wanting more boreholes though....I can't agree with that.

I abstained. Let Voltaire and the Twin Sea-an (Twin maritime?) citizens decide for themselves on this matter.

Eco-damage affects the whole faction, therefore I feel the need to vote in this, even thogh I am not a Twin Sea inhabitant.

There is no guarantee that you will always be Gov of Twin Seas and your views and promises now will not be binding on any future Governor. I love the well trodden gov speak ' there is no plan....' ' this administration will not rule out...'

That usually means yes some years down the line. I voted no

I voted yes, but it would be nice if you could provide a map.

I would provide one except I don’t know where to host it (since geocities sucks and wont allow you to link to pictures).

Turn it into a .jpg file and attatch it to your post, as long as it's no wider than 600 x 600 pixels.

Thanks GT, and here’s the picture.

The big red dot is the proposed location for the borehole.
