To date, the terraforming policy of the administration in the Twin Sea region has concentrated mainly on the expansion of forests in the region; alongside the construction of numerous roadways. Now this green policy has come into conflict with the industrial growth of the region. I ask for permission from the people to free the administration form the green terraforming policy restraint and allow for the construction of a borehole at location (25, 99); northeast, east of Mysidia.
