This is an unofficial multichoice three day poll for all citizens of the United Nations. Please vote once in every category.
I'd like to know, with the coming election campaign in mind and because the Plan Bureau wants to make its next five-year-plan, what's the opinion of the common citizen about what should be produced in the Jedinican bases. Of course, doing all options would be preferable. But we only have a limited amount of minerals, eg improving our infrastructure would slow down the build-up of our military. So we need to decide what to focus on first before we move on to the next item on the list. The options I could come up with are:
Population boom
by building condensers, nutrient convoying crawlers, children's chreches, drone facilities and perhaps tree farms.
Maximizing minerals
by building mines, forests and mineral convoying crawlers. We would increase the mineral production of each base to the maximum allowed by our clean mineral limit before proceeding to other builds.
Infrastructure build-up
by building all kinds of non-military base facilities that increase our happiness, economy-, research- and psych production.
Colonization and exploration
by building colony pods, police garrisons, perhaps probes and some scout rovers.
Militarization
by building command centres and military units.
My current focuses are:
1. Population boom
2. Maximizing minerals (normally this would be first, but there is too little terraformation to place crawlers on right now)
3. Not decided
As this is an unofficial poll, I guess I can give my personal opinion: I wouldn't colonize anymore to the north. After we have filled the area south of the Freshwater Sea, I think we'll have about twenty bases. This seems enough to me. Also, we are colonizing further and further from our HQ. As a result, due to our inherent PK low efficiency, about all energy is lost to corruption etcetera. Just have a look at Terminal Dogma. It's producing tons of energy, but about all is lost. This will be worse more to the north, a moisty very fungal region. IMO it isn't worth the trouble.
