I think after this period of time I can claim to have won the constitutional court case on this naming issue. That is the procedure for naming places.
I would ask all Directors with a naming responsibility to act according to the constitution.

I think that we should just amend the constitution to clear up the ambiguous 'how' word and replace it with 'what'.

I agree. As Maniac said earlier, we have already polled for 'How', so let us replace it with 'What' and then poll for some new names

DE was the Senior Justice, and he resigned as both Commish and Justice.
