Official: Yet another base poll.

Seeing we have an unemployed colony pod running around in the north, a colonization poll is required before the next turnchat. While I was at it, I also added a poll for a future base site in the east near Morgan's border.

Northern options:

I like blue for the first one becasue e there wont be any overlap, green for the second so it can have acess to the water and I like coastal bases.

That purple base site is already a certainty. I just put it on the map so people could take possible overlap with other bases into account when choosing their preferred site.
