Official: Should we develop a new prototype?

I'm examining the savegame at the moment, and in playing around with the design workshop, there seems to be something we haven't yet developed.

If we merge our speeder technology with our newfound laser weapons and the synthmetal armor we've had for a while, we could create a stronger, new, Recon Speeder. The cost wouldn't be much - and it would help to prevent mindworms killing our rovers.

This is fairly straightforward, so I'm skipping a discussion thread.

you mean a 2-1-2? sure why not? IIRC, the recon rover costs the same as the scout rover, except for the prototype.

I don't know. I just know it was an update on the last model, which didn't have the armor.

That's not my problem. This just concerns making the prototype itself.

Several people who voted presumed it would be a 2-1-2 instead of a 2-2-2 prototype. I beg you to change the order, DE!
