I am aware that other charges are being leveledl at lemmy , but as yet there is little prime facie evidence. However the court is willing to consider pre trial, evidence that may prove there is.

Pande alleged:

you will be charged for witchcraft, stealing booze, consuming
booze being underage, trespassing the coverfew, being a member of the New Freemasonry, not-drinking New

In summary there are a number of charges against Lemmy

I have examined security camera records around the Rec Tanks throughout the day and night of 29/9/2002, as well as checking all records, of Lemmy's and my own locations during that time period, and there is no evidence to suggest that either of us were anywhere near the scene of the crime.

Actually i was there, i just switched the video tapes and falsified the records... falsifying records, can that be added to my charges plz?

Also i'd like to fire Kass as my defence attourney and be my own defence.
