            Erm, shouldn't we use the results from the first poll to see what is the next most wanted tech, so if the first most voted isn't available the second most voted should be chosen.

              that's why you don't vote the same tech twice. also, if they first choice and backup aren't available, we'll choose second most votes in the first choice thread
