I think it´s wasting ressources.
The workers are optimized for food in the screenshot. In 4 turns the children will have grown , founded families and will join our Faction as fully accepted workers. We had to build new habitation areas to maintain the workers (more food is needed to get new workers) but we are also building a new CP. Why not reorganizate the actual workers on minerals so that we can let the new workers live in the old habitations the workers, who went with the Pod left. You know what i mean ?
