Well, the picture you attached designs the same tile as Lemmy actually, NW-NW of the southern nutrient tile of New Apolyton.
But if you say SW of this tile, its W-NW of Lemmy's tile.

here's a drawing with the base radii shown, green is how it was in my first drawing, and the red is the overlap, now if the NA pod would go one tile further to the southwest, there would be a lot less overlap, and i think we should do that, cos NA already has some overlap with TBIBTU, and could need more overlap with our base east to shut it off.
And as you can also see, the northen base has a lot of overlap, i think it would be best if the monoliths are divided between 2 bases, instead of 1. But this is still a few turns away like Pande said...
