Hey, don't worry about it. You won't hear any complaints from me - it would be highly hypocritical of me after all the testing moments I have supplied in the Civ3 game.

I just want to make sure we all know what would be some good ideas. If you know these things, feel free to ignore what I say.

So... at the start of the next chat will we change NA's build to Formers? Please? I have an official poll somewhere that will back me up....

Oh, and one last thing. Can we add the agreed builds to the queues of each base? That way we can see immediately upon downloading the save what is scheduled to be next.

yes well that is all good and stuff but we are forgetting two MAJOR things:

we stopped because we didnt know where to put the 3rd base. we STILL NOT KNOW.

we need 3 days of polling for any major orders to be issued (such as building bases )

ARGH!!!! Stupid inflexible Constitution!!! I have no problem with your or anyone else's work on it, DBTS, but I am seriously considering starting the AAACAC (Association of Apolyonians Against a Constitution (Alpha Centauri branch).

All I'm trying to do is make sure everyone is as ready as possible for a turnchat potentially in just over 9 hours, which may be the one chance we get for a chat this weekend. We gotta start realising that with everyone back at work/school there has to be some leeway when times are tight.

Ideally we should get no less than 24 hours warning, but sometimes this may not be possible, and we need to be ready for it. All regular posters should make it here in a 24 hour period, so any polls up for at least that time should have the majority of the voters having seen it.

ofcourse we can be flexible no problem i completly argree with you BUT we need a location for the base VERYVERYVERYVERYVERY soon. i have suggeted a place.....2 tiles south-WEST of the monolith north of TBIBTU. we need to explor it but i think that is a very good spot but a bit far off. that is all do you have any idea?

DBTS, we can't have the chat. We would have nothing to do since the orders are yet to be polled.

MWIA - I do agree; 24 hours would be more then enough for turn order polls. Election polls could last longer, of course, but we could make good progress if we were a bit more flexible...
