    I'd be satisfied with either option, chat or thread.

    Time's really not an issue for me, except for 4:00-17:00 GMT when I can NOT attend.

    But I do like the idea of inner-Government chats in urgent cases etc... or just for brainstorming.

      on the poll, turnchat and turnthread tied, and the other poll says twice per week, and >5 turns per turnchat/thread.

        Maybe redo the one that tied? It was far from a tie when I posted there... (though I don't doubt you TKG.)

            I agree... though we will need some kind of lasting turnthread/turnchat policy.

              I'm in favour of using mIRC, if not for turnchats, perhaps quick Cabinet-discussions etc...

              (and btw, DALnet doesn't like me, either.)
