i am not a member but will we change all tech and maps with the first faction we find and become friends.......it sounds pretty simple for me........but maybe some of you have another idea????

that sounds all right to me. But maybe not ALL techs. depending on which faction it is, we could give them tech that wouldn't be that beneficial to them...and in return, we'd obtain tech that would vastly improve our faction.
