Will we use bugs and features like the Stockpile Energy bug, crawler upgrading, unit upgrading in the middle of a turn, retro-engineering... Yes or no?
My personal vote would be in favour of using the StEn bug, crawler upgrades and retro-engineering (except the probe team). I don't care about Unit Workshop upgrades in the middle or the end of a turn.
