Debate on the rules
Here is a poll to debate on the rules.
I didn't include the rules concerning the victory conditions as I think we will enable them all. I also didn't include accelerated start and Ironman.
In my opinion, we should set the research as indirect. I t will make debates on ideology more valuable here. The only con-indirect research is that a science advisor won't be very needed.
