Does someone want to poll for positions, if we accept Googlie's plan of what needs to be done?

If elected as Mod, I'm going to put up a thread to work out a list of rules that we've used in this one, and what people want to be regulated and what not to be. Then I'll write up the rules and poll them, so we all know when we start what the rules with be, wrt spying, diplomacy, turn simulators, playing time limit, etc. This can all be done while Ming sets up the Private Forums and buster makes the map.

Then we can get started However first we need to decide who does what position, and if any need to be combined. If buster's creating, I can mod and Googlie can narrate, or whatever people want

I'm working with the Morganites to see how we can reconcile our (slightly) different game visions and it looks like there could be a compromise in the offing that'd work

I don't know if being an active team player disqaulifies one from being a "narrator" (not that I volunteered for that job anyway)

..... wondering if Vel might be interested in - and have the time for - the narration aspect of the game......

I don't think buster has ever expressed an interest in the "Moderator" aspect. (Wise decision of course. )

Re: Narrator - see my earlier post

I nominate Vel for this position (as a write in) - or Hydro (or each faction has an "offical narrator" who posts to a "Narration" thread - no spamming allowed)

Official narator for each faction sounds good. But couldn`t different members of each faction act as narrators - after they first agree in private forum that the suggested is acceptable?
