As for joining a faction, I'd suggest to pick a faction based on what you think will provide the most fun roleplaying (that doesn't necessarily have to be a faction you'd join in real-life - you could also roleplay some evil dictator for example
), or will give you a new gameplay experience. Personally I'm a member of the Spartans, so I would of course recommend those. We'll have an open decision-making process, so you'll be able to contribute as much or as little as you want, and have access to all information.
