Yes IMO.

We can just leave this to a smart CMN to give the AI whatever help he/she thinks they need

Btw, this poll was about human factions. I hope that was clear to all voters from the thread that led to this poll.

Either way... its clear that no major boosting such as extra techs/units or alpha.txt changes are wanted to any of the factions.
