As I siad, this PRAVDA is REALLY, REALLY bad and short. And whole Hive philosophy is about quantity (industry, population growth). CPU is about quality (from there come from Research and Efficiency bonuses since we prefer quality). Unfortunately CyCon part of CPU has a growth quality since we prefer quality too much. On the other hand Hive has a growth bonus - seems that you do not value quality at all but quantity
