The beauty of being both organic and cybernetic is that we can have enhanced feelings. The love we cybernetic-organic beings are capable of is no longer limited to only chemical causes of purely organic organisms. I think of purely independent "Planetary Newspaper". no control by any faction, maybe even kinda underground. "Free Zone" where no war could reach, where members of all factions, even those fighting with each other, would have neutral ground to speak freely. However nothing like 'Planetary Council' voice - where politics might have played main role, but something where a simple member of each faction or factionles human, drone, cyborg, of conscious xenofungus branch or "revolutionary" mindworm which instead of planting horror in victims brain would plant melodrama or comedy or romance for its unlimited love for people, would be able to speak, write.....

This response does not seem consistent with the background literature on Prime Function Aki Zeta 5 in SMAX. I seem to recall that the Prime Function spoke of the superiority of the loss of passion and artistry of "right side brain functions" as part of the transition to a cybernetic lifeform and what she felt was the desirability of this transition. The reduction in population growth the Cybernetic Consciousness receives in the game is consistent with this conception of the faction's character.
