Nope, we are human, with enhancements. We have enhancements connected to our skull, that improve the logical parts at the expense of the irrational side. The brain is still organic, but it has been chemically and electrically enhanced. Our bodies are still human, but many of us add mechanical extra limbs or such when it is useful.

If you want it properly bond-style, it's a 6:1 Vodka Martini, shaken. A dry gin one is 4:1, a medium 2:1 (or 4:1 rosso and 4:1 dry vermouth), a very dry 8:1, and a Monty 16:1 (if anyone can guess the reasoning for the name and ratio they get one on the house). All gin martini's are stirred 4 times, vodka ones are best shaken, indeed, since they should be served cold, it should be the only way, but can be served stirred if needs be.

No, a stomach, surprisingly. They can be enhanced, by an electrical unit, or hormones, or artificial organs, but that is all where necessary. We don't suffer from indigestion and can eat more things than fullhumans, but we are still basically human. Human with modifications, improvements and attachments, but still human.
