I'm really sorry, but I've just had something personal come up, and it looks like I won't be able to play tonight So sorry. I have given authorisation for any CyCon to play the turn and post it. However if no-one is available, I should be able to play tomorrow.

Must have been a knot on the line, defunct forum or cosmic radiation hitting the exact location where the file was stored. Besides we grand strategists have more important things to do than paying attention to such minor details as sending the file to the next player.
