Okay vev, if you refuse to do the picture of the formation at least do the size measurements mathematically correct. Maths is usually done x then y. You've written the formation down as y then x and every time I look at it I get confused wondering where you have a 3*2 formation.

I demand to give me the square I wanted! I have included cost according to the rule. cost = 5*(0-8) = -40. You could amend your rules but give me the square first since this is before you amend your rules.

Formal complaint to the Game Administer. He has an unfair advantage of being the first person of each turn. He can summarize the turn and immidiately start his play for the new turn. Who can compete with that?

Okay Okay, the post restrictions have been removed (crossed out).

Also, since you have 0 surrounding squares around e6, it costs 40 industry to buy the square. So you cannot buy the square with 5 industry.

And yes you are correct the game administer has an unfair advantage. That's why I halved my inital industry. If I start getting too much of an advantage later I guess I'll cripple myself in another way. I decided to play since it'll be more fun for you and vev.

No. According to the formula the cost is: 5*(0-8) = -40
You should have take the 5 when you can

I don't see anywhere in the rule talks about a failed buy except for: "If the industry you listed is insufficient you won’t get the square". I do have sufficient industry at this moment right?

Okay I made a mistake when doing the formula for the rules.
You still didn't list enough industry. The cost was 40 industry not 5. The idea is it gets more expensive to buy out a square where you don't have any influence.

But since it was my mistake I'll let you have it .

Sure. Every time the rules apply. HongHu is always very good at following rules.
