Come on, they're just pretending to understand what it says to get lots of +1's. PRAVDA shall run a investigation into this for the benefit of the people of Chiron. Untill the Cybernetic Conciousness proves otherwise we shall assume that all their messages in binary are just random, a joke played on the rest of the planet, or pure +1 spam.

We await proof otherwise.

Maybe that's what we want you to think Why should we provide proof. You can ignore it if you want, but it is simply how we talk whenever we wish to insert something in the message that we do not wish other factions to hear. Googlie can testify that it is not just spam (although he is forbidden to say how we read it )
