SMAC only Democracy Game

I can't vote in the polls (I asked Ming to help me with it over a year ago, but we wern't able to fix it).

It doesn't matter if we use either SMAC or SMAX.

Whatever we choose. The AI should be boosted, AND the AI should be assisted by the CMN.

If using SMAC would sustantially increase the number of players then it may be worth doing SMAC.

I would expect SMAC people to be rarely visiting this forum. They are probably used to all demogames in smax.
And it requires some number of people. So far only 3 persons with SMAC voted
