When an AI leader asks you to join them in declaring war on an enemy, you can answer "Give me ten turns to prepare".

While you're preparing, is there any way to see how many of those 10 turns you have left?

I don't think so...

I find it a bit tricky choice. It wouldn't be the first time going to war after 10 turns and finding out that the other one is not (or no longer) at war with the civ and the next turn even getting a condemnation of the original requestor. So 99 out of 100 times I pass or go directly to war...
