Not going to happen. You have to login in at least for the initial registration. You can now buy the game ~$8 so why even bother stealing it?

once installed using steam you can set steam to offline mode...

Probably won't work unless it is a pirated version. I remember when I first bough CIV V (an actual disk) it went straight into downloading steam. What's the point of the dvd then lol?
