Civilization V game just rashes on the start up

Try to run it as an administrator. If it won't let you, you may have to add a command line in the civ folder. I'ma look around and see if I can find where other people have had this problem. Oh, also you might try firaxis tech support. Either way, I can almost guarantee that there is a fix.

Edit: I just did a search and came up with LOADS of people with the same error. There seem to be a number of reasons and fixes. I'll post the search and you can look through to see which applies to you. GL
