Hi,
I've been playing with Modbuddy. I've found the Civ 5 assets folder full of xml files...and they seem to basically list the names of various buildings, etc, without any of the info.
I'm basically looking to make a mod that say, makes graneries give 3 food instead of 2.
Where do I find the master rule set?
