How can I remove all civilizations unique bonuses/abilities in Civ 5 ?

The question I ask, the help I seek, is about a specific option in Civ 5;
how to remove all civilizations unique bonuses/abilities ...

As this sub-forum deals with Civilization V in general, I felt it was misplaced

Why you need to remove?
