I am playing a huge map decided to make a large part of the coast into Moai statues including over some resources. When I got tired of micro managing my works, I automated them as usual with the setting that automated workers shouldn't replace improved tiles. Imagine my confusion when my coast line would have the statues dissapearing. I at first thought it was erosion of the coast line, but soon realized that my workers were plowing them under to make mines or farms. Now I have to micro manage them to the end of the game. I call this a serious bug for anyone using that civ.
