Seriously, the minute an AI produces a nuclear weapon, the first thing he does is use it to make a deadly first strike on an opponenet. It's nealry impossible to counter well defended nuclear weapons, and nuclear stalemate(When the opponent has got to the point nuclear submarines carry NWs) make conquest unwinnable. Normally I don't give any AI below Deity a chance to reach the Modern Era, but MP players and deity(which is just impossible IMO) simply make war an impossiblity which simply drags on through the epochs. Even if you reduce all the opponents cities to rubble quicker then he can scream "DIPLOMACY", the nuclear submarines will rain death on your empire. :*(
Is there any way to stop these people getting nuclear weapons? Even when I capture 98 percent of the map, the enemy always seems to have one lone deposit of uranium.
