Civlization 5 Patch 1.0.1.217 Bug List

I just noticed a diplomacy bug in the newest update:
I went to war with Mongolia, took over a few cities, made peace, then the next turn Mongolia told me they wasn't pleased I built cities near them. What cities? I haven't built any new cities for a few thousand years and none of those cities was near your cities

In the same game the Ottomans are now complaining about me building cities too fast. In this game I have only built 4 cities, the last city I built was a long time before 1AD, and now it's 1600AD (playing marathon)
Apparently they are seeing conquering cities the same as building cities

As a side note: It is very annoying I often get a message from another civ mocking me of my small army. I just got this message from the Ottomans, who just got an army bigger than mine. A few turns ago I had the greatest army in the world, now they have a few thousand soldiers more than me and mocks me of my small army

Given how the AI handles its units it wouldn't even win a war if it had 3 times more units.
