Blue Screen of Death - NVIDIA crash

Ever since the last update on Steam, this game has gotten incredibly unstable for me, in fact, right now I can't run it at all. I get the blue screen of death, it points to my video card and the windows meesage tells me to update my driver. The problem is I already did that. When I go to the NVIDIA sight it says my driver 260.99 is the most updated for my GEForce 8800 GTX card, and says no need for further update. Nvidia offered no help, Dell offered none, does anyone have any advice? I would really appreciate any help.
