Haven't been around since CTP 2. Is the new one more like the classic Civ or CTP style?

For example you are restricted to one military and one civilian unit per tile,
have workers that don´t do anything else than working tiles (and settlers, which in Civ V, do nothing except founding cities), need strategic resources to build certain units, don´t need to build ships to transport land units and roads on tiles cost upkeepTamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death.
