so I got up a bit earlier than normal, and was thinking about the starting bonuses for each game were a bit different.
so ended up with a spread sheet, starting the game 10 times, 6 times with legendary resources, and 4 times with strategic balance
the way it's counted, is by access for the starting city, the 36 tiles it can reach.

think it shows that iron is not that common, and in legendary resources it just has a higher value per tile, and not more tiles in the map.
this was a gut feeling I had.
