Do you have all required files? It should have been installed with the SDK but it seems some people have problems still. Try this: Install .Net 4, and do it even if you have .Net 4. It seems some people have the "wrong" .net 4, whatever that means. Then install the Visual C++ 2010 Redistibutable. In some cases, you might also need the Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Isolated..
