There is so much anger and bitterness on these forums. Are you sure you guys are fans of the Civ franchise, or are you just fans of nostalgia and everything being better in the past?

I am angry and bitter about Civ5's treatment of the Giant Death Robot. In the past Giant Death Robots were soooo much better in every way, they really were built to last back then, not like this throw-away. crumple zone. tin-foil crap that gets churned out by Indonesian toddlers today. In MY day our Giant Death Robots could walk uphill in nine feet of snow BOTH ways and they LIKED it. Today's Giant Death Robots are so poorly constructed out of cheap matierlas, that they would probably die trying to attack a phalanx.
