    While there might be a physics engine that applies to the jugs, I doubt that an entire engine was written specifically for the funbags. - Cyclotron - debating the pressing issue of boobies in games.

    Some things I noticed.
    Happy seems global
    Romans get a free granary (or all capitals do)

    Tech tree is a bit strange
    -Archery leads to maths
    -Pottery to sailing
    -Animal husbandry required for wheel
    -Wheel required for horseback riding

    No pretty waves on the coastline But I think the terrain art isn't completely finished.

    - Apples , not bread..

      ...or the free granary is from the Pyramids

      The Tech Tree:

      It appears everyone knows how to farm - no Agriculture tech & no farm icon on the tree. Does the white axe icon next to both mining AND bronze working indicate that you need mining to chop, and bronze working to increase the hammer yield?

      Also, Sailing now encompasses the ability to fish as well as build sailing vessels & harbors. Lighthouse moved to Optics, I think?

      Pastures with Animal Husbandry; Camps & ??? with Trapping; Mines with Mining; Roads with The Wheel; Plantations(?) with Calender, Quarries & ??? with Masonry. . .no idea what that second icon is

      Steel is now before Gunpowder, so we can assume that it means represents something else.

        Ok, let's analyse these screens completely!

        Analization #1:

        A = Science? (seperated now from gold!)

        B = Gold (total sum, sum per turn)?

        C = Empire Wide Happiness?

        D = Golden age lasts 6 turns already (during the video it increases)

        E = Culture? (in civ4 culture = purple)

        F = social engineering / policies

        G = Tech choises?

        H = Enemy horse unit?

        I = Experienced? Great General?

        J = Enemy unit?

        K = Turn 179, 1190 AD (quick game?)

        L = see K

        M = Link to tech tree?

        N = link to civilopedia?

        O = Horse bonus with improvement (pasture)

        P = Warning / heads up: happens when one of your units can perform a certain action?

        Q = Log?

        R = City finished something log? Something important has been finished? (Wonder?)

        S = Go to policy screen

        T = map, shows cities, cultural zone, land and seas

        U = now in strategtic view, there are other views? What views?

        V = Plain with Jungle (forrests and jungles come as features on plain, grass, etc.?) Jungle gives 2 sick faces (sick faces are still in!?) there's also a location on the map? (45 x 27y, 51x27?)

        W = Enemy unit

        X = enemy bowman unit

        Y = city is producing ? Or a special city label?

        Z = grassland with farm?

        AA = Musketeer has promotion?

        AB = Musketeers have strength 20, what's the circle behind it? Just an icon?

        AC = Musketeers can move 2 steps per turn, this one has moved both steps. What's the arrow behind it? Just an icon?

        AD = unit name, switch to next unit by using the arrows

        AE = ???

        AF = siege unit

        AG = unit actions? (pillage, move to, skip turn, fortify, disband, wait?)

        AH = go to capital (as in civ4?)

        AI = unit

        AJ = city size?

        AK = city name

        AL = city icon? what it is building? enemy city, order = unknown?

        AM = city strength?

        AN = enemy bowman

          Analization #2:

          A = Strength = 2300? (Musketeer = strength 20 (see AB in #1 analization)
          Now + 15% (flanking bonus) = 23, X100 for battle statistics?

          Info is shown during battle.

          B = "Total Victory" maybe just means battle unit stats?

          C = Pikeman + 90% = 1900
          Base strength = 10

          Great Generals give + 25%!! (if near, perhaps distance from Great General also matters?)
          #1 analization #W = Great General star?

          D = Pikeman has 3 promotions? Which ones? Apparently none of these applies to the battle!

          E = There's such a thing as fresh water.

            Combat Strength does appear to be multiplied by 100 (ala Civ IV hit points, maybe?).

              Lots of percentage bonuses so they probably just think it's more user friendly to say something like 2225 rather than 22.25.

              I agree.

                Regarding #1 E: since culture is needed to buy new social policies, the E thing in screenshot #1 most probably refers to this.
                This player has 922/893 culture, and can thus buy a new social policy already.
                14 (?) culture is added per turn.

                A and B in #1 most probably just refer to gold and science. These are now seperated.

                  In Screen 15 above you can see that:
                  gold icon = gold
                  blue icon = science
                  green icon = food
                  orange hammer icon = production

                  production is added in decimals! (21.6 production / turn!)

                  Trade routes are in.

                    I'm hoping they aren't done with the tech tree.

                      I think "W" and "H" may be the great generals mentioned in the combat modifiers. It appears to be a horse unit but doesnt use the horse symbol that the other cav units have (such as "I").

                          "F = social engineering / policies"

                          Is it possible that F = Natural Resources? e.g. Stone/Iron - Horses - Oil - Aluminum.

                              I love the improvements to combat. I think they've hit the nail on the head with just about everything they've done so far.
                              My only concern is the sparseness of the tech tree. One of the great things about CivIV is the different strategies of approaching the tech tree.

                              ps. I know it's too early to say all this, it might be darn perfect when the game comes out.
