Gamasutra posted a 3-page interview with Civ5 Producer Dennis Shrik online today.
The interview covers sections like the crew that's responsible for creating civilization V (especially Jon Shafer), the hunt for voice actors that could speak the civ leaders languages and how the game compares to CivRev.

Eventhough there's not much news in the article about the game itself, Dennis tries to bring us back to the edge of our seats by saying: "There are other systems coming into play that we're not talking about yet that are going to make people very happy"
