2K today announced a brand new "Extreme Diplomacy Mode" for Civilization V. "Should normal diplomacy or military might fail to resolve conflicts between empires, Extreme Diplomacy would allow two world leaders to enter a death match and fight to the finish" Boomtown reveals.
Each leader has unique special moves like "Reverse Assassination" (Caesar) or a "Wooden Tooth Chomp Attack" (Washinton).
There's also a talk about a 'deluxe edition' of the game that will ship with an eight button joystick to handle these extreme diplomatic moves!
"Extreme Diplomacy gives Sid Meier’s Civilization V players yet another way to take over empires and conquer the world." the announcement ends!

Wooden Tooth Chomp has ruined Civ Franchise for ALL TIME
Wooden tooth chomp sounds totally unbalancing and overpowered. I won't buy this game unless they seriously nerf wooden tooth chomp!!
Also Hexagons are totally going to ruin civ. They should instead build the tactical map with Pentagons or Rhombas. I won't even think about buying this game if there are hexagons involved of any kind..."Cunnilingus and Psychiatry have brought us to this..."

I think they should ship a Dance, Dance, Revolution style dance pad to control the extreme diplomacy minigame.
