Gamespy features the leaked ratings of a number of upcoming games and Civilization V is one of them!
It received the rating 'Teen' for "Mild Violence, Alcohol and Tobacco References, More Addictive Than Crack"
Some excerpts from the summary:
• This is a turn-based strategy game in which players are given a series of horrifying tasks.
• a "Conquest Victory" awarded to those who manage to carry out successful genocidal campaigns against all the other civilizations
• Players can take a more peaceful route (...) but it seems unlikely that many will opt for these paths due to their general lameness.
