    Keep into account that some civs have only sprung into existence a relatively short while ago while many others have not survived up till now. Don't know how you could implement such a feature without messing with historical 'realism'.

    Sounds like an interesting idea though

      You mean like the US, which is a noob in terms of historical relevance. But we've had how many presidents?

      For those civs that didn't survive, you could make up leaders that MIGHT have emerged if their civ was run by a god, 'like me'
      It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple
