Our new forum for Civ1 and Colonization

I want to say thank you to those who have established a classic game forum here at Apolyton. For so long the only forum on Civ1 was at Civ Fanatics.

Though I love Civ3, there is a magic for me about Civ1. And it's not because I played it long ago. I only started playing it in October 2001 when Computer Gaming magazine included Civ1 on their CD.

I had dabbled with Civ2, but never got really taken by it. But when I started Civ1 and saw that little covered wagon, I couldn't stop playing.

Anyway, it is nice we have a place here to talk about it.

I think that MoM is contained in the new forum, so posting there will not be off topic. Unless you are talking about MoM having its own forum?
