Meanwhile, since my word is obviously not sufficient, I am dusting off my little book of diplomatic terms. Let's see ...... as is custom here, I have dropped the book to the floor from a step ladder exactly 3.33 meters tall and it has fallen open to the "n" section..... "nihilistic" no, not yet, too strong at this point..... "niggardly" a definite possibility....."nimbostratic" too gloomy to fit....
