PC csg files to Mac problems

hi,

i have the file typer ash emailed out to me, but although it seems to convert the file, i still don't get the right icon on the desktop and the turn doesn't open in ctp.

also, when i tried setting up the pc file translation for the .csg as suggested on the board, the file type list was grayed out. so i don't know how i can tell my mac the file type. what am i doing wrong here?

finally, i wonder if anyone has solved the problem of re-encoding the file back to windows so that the other players may continue. or has the board concluded that mac and windows players just can't do the needed translations?

I have a commercioal file-typer (by Dataviz) and I'd be willing to give it a try if you send me the PC .csg file. I have the dutcheese mod installed though.
